Kim Keaton has nearly 20 years of experience in policy and analysis in the homeless and housing sector. As Director for Data and Analytics at CSH, Kim works to drive and develop CSH’s internal and external work using data to drive efficiency, efficacy, and impact. She oversees a team of data analysts that create and maintain CSH’s signature data products – cross system supportive housing needs assessments and the racial disparity and disproportionality index (RDDI) – as well as drive CSH’s work using data and analytical and visualization skills to inform programs and policies in communities across the country. Kim also currently serves as the Board President for the National Human Services Data Consortium (NHSDC). Prior to joining CSH, Ms. Keaton spent six years at the New York City Department of Homeless Services as Director of Project Management. Kim holds MPA from New York University’s Wagner School and a BA from the University of California. She is located in Kansas City, Missouri.
