Anthony Hogg is the Director of Operations for the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition (TCHC). In August of 2019, Anthony took over Operations for TCHC. This position allowed him to supervise Coordinated Entry (CE) and HMIS for the first time under one director. In the Winter of 2020, Anthony implemented a new program addition for Operations landlord engagement. Also, in 2020 Anthony helped the CoC redesign Coordinated Entry. In the fall of 2020, Anthony's CE team led the efforts to house 119 chronic households in 6 weeks in a hotel-converted housing project. This effort helped set up the game plan for new Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHVs) in the summer of 2021. Also, in the Summer of 2021, Anthony, with the assistance of TCHC Staff and community members, developed a new Housing Assessment to replace the VI-SPDAT. Anthony added another program with an outreach manager that focuses on chronicity documentation and benefits specialists that meet the client where they are located.
