Kevin is the founding president and CEO of Strategies To End Homelessness, which leads a coordinated community effort to end homelessness in GreaterCincinnati. STEH also serves as the COC lead, HMIS lead and Unified Funding Agency for the Cincinnati/Hamilton County COC. Kevin began his work with people experiencing holessnessness in 1998, as a street outreach worker providing services to homeless teenagers living unsheltered on the streets. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Louis University, and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky
