Triina Van is the Homeless Services or Continuum of Care Coordinator for Arlington County, Virginia. She provides leadership to Arlington's local efforts to prevent and end homelessness. Triina has worked in the field of homelessness and social services for over twenty years, most recently working for the Seattle/King County, WA Continuum of Care where she provided local leadership to a regional family homelessness initiative and supported systems change efforts to center racial equity in CoC practices. Triina has also worked for non-profit homeless housing providers on both the east and west coasts, serving as Director of an Arlington, VA emergency shelter for women and families, as well as providing case management services to families residing in an emergency shelter in California. She has a MA in Public Policy from American University.
