Shaye Rabold joined Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), Kentucky’s Housing Finance Agency, in 2015, where see oversees the planning activities of the Continuum of Care and Emergency Solutions Grant programs for the 118-county Kentucky Balance of State CoC, especially relating to the annual CoC competition, the Point-in-Time Count, and the development and implementation of the KY BoS CoC’s policy priorities, special initiatives, and partnerships. Before joining KHC, Shaye worked in the Mayor’s Office in Lexington, Kentucky for 7 years under two administrations, serving first as chief of staff and then senior advisor. She oversaw the Mayor’s Commission on Homelessness, which led to the creation of the city’s first Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention and the creation of Lexington’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
