Sarah is the Chief Program Officer for the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance. She has worked with the nonprofit, public, and private sectors to combat homelessness by implementing solution-focused interventions, informing public policy, and mobilizing systems change. Prior to joining MDHA, Sarah led the Homelessness Assistance Practice for the Cloudburst Group, helping communities catalyze progress on preventing and ending homelessness through optimizing public and private resources and accelerating housing placements. Sarah has been a senior executive for many years, working alongside communities in the US and internationally to evaluate government-funded programs, implement best practices, and reform homeless response systems. She began her career working in Washington DC with the National Alliance to End Homelessness, directing successful policy and legislative initiatives to secure additional resources for ending homelessness.
