MaryBeth “Beth” Gonzales is the Deputy Director, Policy, Planning and Performance Management for the Office of Homeless Services (OHS) in the City of Philadelphia. She is responsible for driving the architecture of OHS’s work to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in Philadelphia’s continuum of care. Beth is steadfast in mobilizing resources and focused on driving change, maximizing impact and creating value for staff, providers and the people they serve. She loves to blend leadership development, philanthropy, data analytics, and creativity to address serious and complex societal problems. Passionate about eradicating poverty and homelessness, and achieving equity for girls and women, she has dedicated her career to public service. Beth holds a BA from Howard University, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from New York University and an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University.
