Lila Fleishman is a passionate problem solver. Her career focuses on building strong, resilient communities where everyone can access opportunities to thrive. In her current role as a Community Development Project Manager for a Southwest Montana-based community action agency, The Human Resource Development Council, District IX, she leads housing policy and new program development projects across the housing continuum, including supportive housing and regional planning initiatives.
