Yolanda Williams, Assistant Director of Homeless Services, began her service at CitySquare in August of 2017.  Yolanda has her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern University and A&M College.  Yolanda has over 17 years of experience working in housing and homeless services. As the AD of Homeless Services, part of her role is leading and managing the Homeless Outreach Team as well as overseeing initiatives that eliminate homelessness. CitySquare's outreach team provides housing focused street outreach services to the unsheltered within Dallas County. Yolanda brings extensive experience in program administration, grants, contract compliance and program development.  Yolanda has served as the Co-Chair of Dallas and Collin County’s Continuum of Care Street Outreach Workgroup for the past three years and is has served as the Vice Chair of the Point in Time Count Committee for the past two years. Yolanda also pioneered and chaired CitySquare’s Racial Equity Committee.
