Many communities have been using HUD’s Stella-P tool to understand their systems’ performance. Now they will be able to use Stella-M to inform their system modeling efforts. HUD and Abt Associates are releasing this new tool that will aid users in identifying resources and strategies to help communities reduce and end homelessness.
